COACHES COMMENTS:
“The team ran well today as an entire group. Continued lowering of times is what the goal is right now, and they did a very good job. The athletes know that they are a work in progress and must be willing to push a little harder to get better, each day. Today’s efforts by the athletes are what make coaches very happy. Good Job Team!”
