Wolfpack compete at Duane Wilken/Lewis and Clark Conference meet in Bloomfield
It was a great day to run on 10/9/26 at Rolling Hills golf club just outside Bloomfield. There are technically two meets ran, one with all the Lewis and Clark conference teams and some other schools show up and run in the Duane Wilken invite at the same time.
Boys were led by Jude Ridenour getting 4th place in both meets with a time of 18:15.28. Alan Figueroa ran a time of 21:40.34 good enough for 27th in the DW Invite and 26th in the Conference race. Tucker Anderson ran a time of 22:29.73 for 29th in L&C and 31st in DW. Matthew Bousquet ran another great time of 24:16.42 for 35th in DW and 32nd in L&C. Timmy Peters finished in a time of 28:03.91 and a 35th place finish in L&C and 41st in DW.
Mikey Ridenour was the lone competitor for the JH boys race placing 15th with a time of 10:40.65 in the 2500 meter run.
The Varsity girls were paced by Karlee Duncan running a time of 25:01.21 which got her an 11th place finish in the conference meet and 14th place medal in the Duane Wilken Invite. Chloe peters was not far behind in a time of 26:37.41, which got her 22nd in the DW and 16th in the conference meet. Hailey Millard posted a time of 28:44.49 gaining 22nd place in the L&C meet and 28th in the DW meet.
Inga Speiser ran a great race in the JH division placing 5th with a time of 10:42.68. Jayden Wilcox also ran spectacular with a time of 11:51.82 getting her a 12th place finish. Rounding out the JH girls was Naya Shultz with a time of 14:37.50 and a 22nd place finish.
The Junior High teams competed well all season long and we are really excited for their continued improvements. The High School teams have the district meet on the 15th in Pender and hopefully taking some athletes down to the state meet on October 23rd in Kearney.
