COACHES COMMENTS: “Simply an outstanding day for many athletes. Personal bests, gutty performances, and team cohesion were things that could be seen. The work the team has been putting in really was on display yesterday. The athletes need to continue to build on the momentum they are creating and continue to improve. Great Job Teams!”
